This latest Facebook lawsuit brought by two social network users, Matthew Campbell and Michael Hurley, could end in a class action affair embodying hundreds if not thousands of plaintiffs if the court in California upholds it. Only a little over a month ago the courts ruled investors could lay claim against Facebook’s $16 billion IPO proceeds.
