Direct messages in Twitter just got a lot more fun.

Twitter updated the way emoji look in direct messages on its website and mobile apps on Monday, making emoji significantly larger in size. Now, they resemble stickers used in other popular messaging apps like Facebook and Snapchat

You can try out the new "life-sized" emoji on Twitter's app and website now, though it's unclear whether the changes will also be available in third-party Twitter clients like Tweetdeck or Tweetbot. More employers plan to hire recent college graduates in 2015 than in previous years, according to the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).

And for those of you about to graduate, things are looking good, too: Two-thirds of employers who responded to NACE's "Job Outlook 2015 Spring Update" survey reported they expected to increase or maintain current hiring levels for the Class of 2016.
