LONDON — Growing up is hard. And, it's even harder when you're shy.
From blushing when someone talks to you to feeling anxious about speaking up in class; being shy at school can be a crippling experience.
Shyness isn't all that uncommon. A 20-year analysis of research found that 62% of people experience shyness on a daily basis.
People are taking to Twitter to share their experiences of what it's like to be a shy adolescent using the hashtag #GrowingUpShy. And it might just be the most relatable hashtag ever.
