If you happen to run into Aaron Paul — better known as Breaking Bad 's Jesse Pinkman — and feel like calling him "bitch," that's not a terribly original impulse. The tormented character is synonymous with the word, and frequently says it throughout the critically acclaimed series' five seasons.
In fact, "bitch" became a meme shortly after Breaking Bad began airing.
"So many people, on a daily basis, ask me to call them a 'bitch,' " Paul told Mashable in an interview, "or they call me a bitch. It’s just ridiculous."
Not that he minds. Paul's new app, aptly called Yo, Bitch (or YB for short), is a direct reference to the show. Launched on Dec. 4, the app allows users to send audio messages of Paul saying, "Yo, bitch" (said in a whisper or excitedly, for example) to each other, and even to the actor himself.
