Pinterest is getting smarter.
The social network announced a new feature called the "smart board picker" for iOS and Android on Friday, which predicts which boards users will re-pin an image to.
The feature is driven by a "scoring" algorithm that tracks your behavior, based on three things:

Whether that pin's category matches with the board's category (a category match);

Whether a pin and board share common keywords (a keyword match);

How active a board is. If you save a backpack pin, for example, you might see relevant boards like "hiking" or "gift ideas." Read more...
