Facebook criticised for not removing video of baby being dunked repeatedly in water

LONDON — A child-protection charity has written an open letter to Facebook and the British government, calling for social networks to be held accountable, after the platform refused to remove a disturbing video that shows a baby being repeatedly dunked in water

The two-minute-long video shows a crying baby held by its arms, and then legs, while being dunked over and over into a bucket of water by an unidentified adult
